I notice that my mood, attendance and vigilance peak in the morning. So I reserve my mornings for focused, analytical, and thinking work. It allows me to get into FLOW. I use my afternoons to recharge or connect with others. My evenings and nights as best for my creative work like working on my website or developing my workshops in MURAL.
