When I work with leaders lately, I keep hearing the same concern on repeat:

๐ Recently, major companies like GM, American Airlines, JetBlue, and Stellantis withdrew their earnings forecasts, citing unpredictable conditions and shifting global policies.
But this isnโt just about tariffs. Itโs about the world we now live in.
We used to call it ๐๐๐๐. Today, ๐๐๐๐ might describe it better:

It means even Agile planning tools and frameworks, while helpful, may no longer be sufficient on their own.
We need to go deeper, beyond methods, to build the ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ that enable adaptability and resilience.
And that starts by asking different kinds of questionsโones drawn from the lens of collaborative leadership:

We may not find certainty.
But we can build the inner and collective capacity for clarity, courage, and connection to become comfortable with uncertainty.
