Meet Anjali Leon
Founder, PPL Coach · Leadership Coach, Facilitator & Advisor
I've spent 25 years at the intersection of technology, leadership, and human behavior — first as a technology and product leader, now as a coach, facilitator, and advisor. What that time has given me isn't a framework or a methodology. It's a finely tuned ability to see patterns: the human and organizational dynamics that quietly shape how leaders lead, how teams function, and how organizations either adapt or get stuck.
What I notice most — and have noticed long before AI became everyone's talking point — is that the biggest leadership challenges are rarely about capability. They're about the questions leaders aren't asking. The assumptions they haven't examined. The patterns they're too close to see. My work is to slow things down just enough to surface what's actually happening — and then work alongside leaders to navigate it in a way that's specific to their context, not borrowed from a playbook.
AI has changed the urgency of this work, not the nature of it. The patterns I've been tracking for years — leaders defaulting to expertise instead of curiosity, organizations optimizing for speed over wisdom, teams losing the ability to think together — are now accelerating. The leaders who navigate this well aren't the ones who've mastered the technology. They're the ones who've mastered themselves and their impact on the people around them.
Outside of PPL Coach, I co-founded HitRefresh, a community focused on workplace wellbeing and human connection, and I mentor high school students through NGT 360 / SharkMakers and college students through the University of Tampa Coaching Program. I hold a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Drexel University, and bring certifications in Co-Active Coaching, Agile, Product Management, Facilitation, and Creative Collaboration to my practice. But what I rely on most isn't a certification. It's curiosity, candor, and 25 years of paying close attention.
