HeartStorming

I invite you to a HeartStorming session - a free community event where we each get to share the song in our heart - the thing we dream of doing/being some day in the near or distant future but have been holding it close to our heart. Someone else listens with a curious mind and an open generous heart.

Having had the joy of many similar conversations with friends over the years - I have experienced the power of this type of exchange to unblock, unlock, and unleash potential, resourcefulness, and courage to sing that song out loud.  I recently coined the word HeartStorming to capture this.

So, enough brainstorming, let's do some HeartStorming! To prepare, each morning write two pages of 'stream of consciousness' writing. Use paper and pen. This is just for you. It does not have to make sense even to you - but let your heart pour out onto the paper.  Do that for a few days and you will be ready to heartstorm!

Format of the session: After a quick check-in and instructions, you will join a breakout room with one other person (watch the universe at play here) to share your heart song and to listen to theirs. We will wrap up with reflections of our experience.
