When to Take a Break?


Sitting in front of a screen is EXHAUSTING!


I realized that taking regular restorative breaks can boost energy, sharpen focus, and improve mood. A 10 minute break (cameras off, mics off) every hour is now an essential feature of my virtual workshops.
